We celebrated Taylen's first birthday on Saturday, February 22. It was a "Go Diego Go" party. We had hamburgers, hot dogs, cake and ice cream. Taylen got lots of toys. His favorite thing was to play in the mud in the backyard. Most of our family and friends came to celebrate with us. Thanks to all who came and thanks to all who helped out! Taylen had a good time. Taylen's "real" birthday is Wednesday, February 27. We haven't added any new journal posts since December and that is because we've just been too busy. Taylen is walking now and so he doesn't give us a break. Our business is busier than ever and there is no time left at the end of the day. Taylen has became much more independent. He now points to something when he wants it, which is very helpful to us.
