Yesterday was Taylen's first easter. The easter bunny brought him a hippo basket full of goodies...a book, a pair of shoes, a rabbit, and some night time massage gel. Taylen also received easter gifts from Grandma P + Brian, AwMall + Paw Paw, Granny Brenda + Papa Michael and Grandma Connie + Grandpa Will. Taylen was not able to wear his easter outfit due to the chilly weather. On Friday April 7 we were evacuated from our home because of a fire. We stayed the night in Carrabelle. Taylen slept the longest stretch ever - from 6 am to 11 am. Last night he slept from 12 until 4 am. So it seems he is sleeping for longer periods - yay! He smiles at us daily, mostly in the mornings after he has had his breakfast.
